Thank you for your interest in our delicious, home crafted treats. To help make the process as seamless as possible and to help keep everyone on the same page, we have some company policies to go over. It's not as much fun as enjoying a yummy treat...but it's gotta be said.

Need a Quote?
We are so excited that you have reached out to us about our treats. We'd love to provide a FREE quote, and answer any questions you have about what to expect. Of course, we'll have questions too, so it's very important that you complete the order request form and provide as many inspiration photos as possible.

Get Inspired
Thank you so much for providing those inspiration photos...they are definitely inspiring. Other food artists put their hearts and souls into their designs too and we would hate to take that from them! But don't worry...your treats will likely not be a perfect replica, but we'll do our absolute best to create a similar, yet unique, design just for you.

Pay Means Yay!
All orders will require a minimum of 50% deposit at the time of ordering to secure the order and get it on our production calendar. Balances are due no later than 7 days prior to your pick-up or delivery date. If payments are not made per these terms, your order will be cancelled (*cringes*). Once you've submitted your awesome deposit for your awesome order, you're accepting the above terms and conditions, which is awesome...because our treats are awesome!
 
Need to Reschedule?
Okay, reach out to use prior to paying your final balance and if we are able to accommodate your new pick-up or delivery date, we will. Should you need to cancel, unfortunately, I've probably already started designing/planning, ordering supplies/materials, maybe event started baking...so, all deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE.

Need a Refund?
As mentioned, we cannot offer full refunds, however if you are not COMPLETELY satisfied with your treats, please do contact us immediately so we are able to remedy the problem. We are a small family run business and treat all our customers like family. With that said, we want you to scream from the rooftops about how much you love SweetTs Treats. Therefore, there will always be a rainbow when the rain is falling.

In a Hurry?
While we can't always accommodate last minute orders, we will make our best effort too! Last minute orders places with a turnaround time of less than 2 weeks may require a rush fee. Please contact us for availability ASAP as we book up quickly.

Got a Design Change in Mind?
Design changes can be made up to 7 days prior to your pick-up/delivery date and we will do our best to accommodate you...depending on the change needed.

Oh Those Colors
We will make every effort to match colors as best as possible when requested; however we make all of our treats by hand, so colors may vary and we are not able to guarantee a perfect match.

Price Adjustments
All prices are subject to change. Prices are often dictated by the cost of ingredients. We always try to provide the best tasting treats to our clients, this means we can't always honor old pricing because the stores won't honor their old prices, darnit! With that said, if you have a current quote/order, that price will not be changing.

Say Cheese!
Pretty please! We always take photos of our designs so we can show off what cute treats you're getting. However, we pinky promise not to put your treats in the spotlight until your event date has passed...your secret is safe with us. Adnd while we're taking photos, pictures are worth a thousand words, but they're not always accurate, so colors may vary . 

Cute Cottage Bakery
Please note that this is a licensed home kitchen through Fresno County, California. We are also insured...just in case. Our kitchen is NOT nut free, egg free, dairy free, or gluten free...though in most cases we can provide those types of options to you. It's a boring disclaimer, but we have to say it per the law (*tips cowboy hat, straightens sheriff's badge*).
