Cancelation / Refund / Sick Policy
Date transfers are welcomed up until 7 days prior to the cookie class date and are valid for up to 90 days from date of issue.

Classes are transferrable - but please do let us know so we can have everything ready for your new bestie!

If you are sick or have any symptoms, we ask that you defer your date. We will be working closely with you and other new cookiers, come healthy and happy.
Classes and fees are not refundable.
​
If you forget your add-on cookie kit, we will hold it for up to 1 day for you to pick up. After that, we will gladly donate to a local school or charity.
